If you ever wondered why
my art is not for sale
It is because my heart is not for sale
A creation which is an extension
From the depths of my arteries
Spreading to the expression of society
I don’t care about perfecting my technique
And for people to give me applause
Because it is for a much larger cause
The cause is for my peace
The cause is for my sanity
The cause is there to rejuvenate and not deplete me
I have studied artists and musicians who
Aimed for recognition
Only to burn out, to be used and abused
The truth is that “good” art bores me
“Bad” art and raw art truly excites me
It is art from the heart
So excuse me while I tell my story
And even if it doesn’t go down in history
It would not make a difference to me
Because I am an artist till the day I die
A quest to heal and fulfil my desires
In the pursuit of making our world brighter
Without Selling my Heart
