I miss you
Like the desert missed the rain
Many words we still exchange
But some left unspoken
I found someone new
A life that is stable, content
But what was meant to be is broken
My yin and yang
Has nowhere near the amount of passion
Is it really better to be stuck
In this conundrum
I need to just let this out
So I can put the past behind me
Stay in the present
Not to look back of what could have been
Of what those short months could eventuate
The memories we had
Leave me with dreams
Not based on reality
Unreasonable thoughts
Taking me away from the happiness
In front of me
Please put my life in perspective
Because what I have is good enough
I do not need this uncertainty
Just someone who loves me for me
